1. Download the mobile app

Download the latest Seedkeeper app on your mobile.

It will allow you to interract with your card, generate and import strong passwords and safely backup your seedphrases.

2. Launch & scan the card

Start the application and follow the setup wizard. You will be prompted to secure memory access with a PIN code (ranging from 4 to 16 characters).

Important: when the application asks you to place your Seedkeeper card against your phone, ensure the card remains on the phone’s NFC reader for the entire process.

3. Discover the app

  • Generate strong passwords or BIP39 compatible seedphrases.

  • Import existing secrets such as: credentials, seedphrases, wallet descriptors or even plain text.

  • Easily back up the contents of your card to another one using the backup solution available in the settings tab.

4. Generate strong password

Seedkeeper helps you create strong passwords for everyday use.

  • To get started, click the “+” icon, then select “Generate” and choose “Password“.

  • Give your new entry a unique label and, if needed, add extra details like a username or the website URL where the password will be used. Customize the password by selecting its length and specifying requirements such as capital letters or symbols.

  • Click “Generate” and, if you’re happy with the result, simply click “Import” to securely save it to your Seedkeeper card.

5. Manage your crypto-related secrets

  • Generate or import BIP39 seedphrases and, optionally, add your preferred passphrase.
    Your Seedkeeper supports both the SeedQR format and the standard QR code format.

  • Manage your wallet descriptors on the go.

  • Can’t find what you’re looking for? Simply import plain text into your Seedkeeper’s secure memory.
